Just finished a lobster feast at New England Lobster in Burlingame, California. Many of you read about the 15-pound lobster. It was not a huge feast but at least had a roll, claws, and some bisque.
I’ve had their lobster roll naked (no dressing) and dressed (with dressing). Out of the two, I enjoyed the dressed version better.
This round, I added some claws. The shell on the lobsters was soft (you want to eat lobsters between June and December).
