Covid and my boba cravings are not a good combination. I pulled the plug and decided to try out boba drinks from a can. Yes, from a can.

Overall, the drink flavor is delicious. The only part I had a difficult time with was the boba itself. The boba in Inotea are easy to break so they do not have the gelatinous texture of boba you normally find. I think this is because the boba is in the can for a long time and for most boba experts, they know that the boba will try to absorb all the liquid to a point where it goes away.

With that said, it fills a need but I would still like the jelly-type boba in the drink. Time to experiment and make my own boba.
