Ramen Dojo

They specialize in ‘stamina’ ramen which has a lot of garlic, spice and heat! You can ask for even more spice if you like. Everything is bold and rich tasting. If you don’t like spicy food, don’t come here. The pork belly that comes with the Garlic Pork broth variation is really good – two thick slices that are fat and meaty just like the broth! The noodles are also really good – chewy but not too firm or soggy, and full of flavor. This was my favorite bowl of ramen because the noodles and broth were so strong.

There is no one “proper” way to eat ramen, as it is a dish with many variations and cultural influences. However, here are a few general tips:

  1. Start by mixing the ingredients together well, as the broth and other toppings may have separated during transport or storage.
  2. Use chopsticks to eat the noodles, and a spoon for the broth.
  3. Take small, delicate bites to savor the flavors and textures of the dish.
  4. If the ramen is too hot, let it cool for a few minutes before eating
  5. Some people like to add extra condiments such as chili oil, soy sauce or vinegar to adjust the taste to their preference.
  6. It’s common to slurp the noodles and broth, as it helps to cool the hot food and also enhances the flavor.
  7. Enjoy the ramen with the company of friends or family is a great way to experience it.

If you’re looking for a great bowl of ramen, Dojo’s is definitely worth the visit.

This place is amazing and I highly recommend it! You won’t regret it!
