Here\u2019s a quick simple recipe that brings in a lot of rosemary flavor to the pork. Prep took about 15 minutes. Cook time was about 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Why do I tie the rosemary? I tie the rosemary because people don\u2019t like to eat the rosemary leaves but they love the smell and taste. Tying it makes it easy to remove.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Pork Loin \u2013 it\u2019s about 2-3 pounds<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon olive oil<\/p>\n<p>2 teaspoons garlic powder<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon pepper<\/p>\n<p>5 sprigs of rosemary<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Take out the pork loin and cover it in olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>Then rub in the garlic powder, salt, pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Tie the rosemary to the loin using butcher twine.<\/p>\n<p>Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Start the grill and set to 375 ?F.<\/p>\n<p>Place loin in the grill and close the lid and cook for 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Check the temp.
