While I would love to use a muffin tin to make my thighs look uniform, I believe that the smoke will not penetrate to give the chicken a full flavor.<\/p>\n<h2>Here&#8217;s my tip for smoked chicken thighs<\/h2>\n<p>Take time to trim off the fat. Then carefully roll up the thigh with the excess skin.
