Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n 4 Yukon gold potatoes – shredded Method<\/strong><\/p>\n Shred the potatoes using a grater or your food processor. Salt and pepper them and start them on the griddle first.<\/p>\n Let them crisp up a bit.<\/p>\n Season your steak and bash it a few times with your meat tenderizer…or in my case a soup can.<\/p>\n Move potatoes to one side and add the steak. I think I forgot to mention to set the griddle to 350 degrees.<\/p>\n After you flip the steak (about 4 minutes), add the eggs.<\/p>\n Take off eggs after whites become white.<\/p>\n Leave the steak on there for a few more minutes.<\/p>\n Pull everything off and enjoy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Need a heavy quick breakfast?
