My first cornish hen took me a few hours to prep. Today, I’ve cut this down by a lot.<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/h2>\n

Cornish Hens<\/p>\n

Season Salt<\/p>\n

Old Bay Seasoning<\/p>\n

Method<\/h2>\n

Add about 1 tablespoon of Old Bay to the inside of the bird. Shake it.<\/p>\n

Season the outside with seasoned salt.<\/p>\n

Tuck the wings underneath themselves.<\/p>\n

Turn on the oven to 375 degrees.<\/p>\n

Cook for about 45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the thigh is 165 degrees.<\/p>\n
