I’ve always wanted to cook these but I was always afraid but here’s a quick recipe. If you remember anything from it, don’t forget the cinnamon.<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/h2>\n

Your pick of beets, carrots, yams, squash and cut into 1 inch thick pieces.<\/p>\n

Cover them in about 1\/2 cup of olive oil.<\/p>\n

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n

Method<\/h2>\n

Heat grill to 450 degrees.<\/p>\n

Lay down a layer of foil.<\/p>\n

Throw the veggies on top and cook for 45 minutes or until your level of tenderness.<\/p>\n
