Drivers who work longer shifts without stopping to rest are more likely to be involved in accidents, and if they are determined to be the cause of the accidents after failing to rest as necessary, they may be prosecuted with careless driving and personal injury in a law court.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Be extra careful at night<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Lots of accidents take place at night. Because highways are not as clear at night as they are during the day, accidents are much more likely. Visibility is nearly halved after dark, and this is when the majority of intoxicated drivers are on the road. Avoid driving at night if at all possible, and if you must drive, be extra vigilant to avoid accidents.
