I was craving something different so I went outside my norm of ribeye steaks and went flank. I even went further outside my norm of adobo seasoning and decided I wanted a chimichurri marinade.<\/p>\n

Chimichurri is a simple but tasty sauce made from different herbs and oil. The flavor penetrates meat or veggies.<\/p>\n

Here’s the recipe for the sauce that you can use it pretty much anything.<\/p>\n

\nIngredients<\/h2>\n

1 shallot
\n1 jalape\u00f1o
\n8 garlic cloves
\n\u00bd cup red wine vinegar
\n2 tsp. salt
\n\u00bd cup cilantro
\n\u00bc cup parsley
\n2 Tbsporegano
\n1 cup oil<\/p>\n

Method<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Chop everything into tiny pieces.<\/li>\n
  2. Add the oil.<\/li>\n
  3. Pour over meat or veggies.<\/li>\n
  4. Let it soak for a few hours.<\/li>\n
