Eating during the pandemic is challenging. I miss the ambiance and service. More importantly, I miss not having to deal with your own plate at the end of the day.<\/p>\n

It seems difficult to find places that will plate your food in take-out containers but not with Cafe La Maude in Philadelphia. They plate your togo box as if it was served right off one of their plates.<\/p>\n

Cafe La Maude is located in the Northern Liberties side of Philadelphia and is home to many residents that have continued to support them throughout the pandemic.<\/p>\n

I had the pleasure of eating their Croque Maude which is made up of Pain de mie stuffed w\/ham, bacon, house cheese blend & avocados, topped w\/Bechamel sauce & 2 sunny side up eggs; side of home fries. To top it off, I had some of the Parfait Bleu which is a combination of lemon yogurt, agave, spirulina, chopped nuts, berries, kiwi, turmeric, flax seed & shaved coconut.<\/p>\n
