It is now 2022 and doing things during this pandemic might be the new norm or at least that’s what people have been saying. This pandemic can probably run for the next 5 years. That’s a long time to be in this situation but at the same time gives us time to examine what we do in our current daily activities.

To help filter out the activities, we suggest using a Kanban board to figure out where things are and where you’d like them to be.

How to Use a Kanban Board

When building your Kanban board, begin with a simple structure, gradually enhance your board and transform it into a workflow management system following these six steps:

The Kanban board is a perfect tool for visualizing your future. The logic is simple: if you see a column in which tasks arrive faster than they leave, work will start to pile up.

Use the Kanban Board to Limit Work in Progress and Focus

The Kanban board is a great way to discourage your team from multitasking. In reality, there is no such thing as multitasking.

Use the Kanban Dashboard to Save Time and Visualize the Distractions

Add notes to the different areas to highlight what’s stopping you from achieving that goal.
