<\/p>\nBrussel sprouts have made a comeback in the last decade. More and more restaurants are serving them. Here’s a quick recipe for shaved brussel sprouts.<\/p>\n
Brussel sprouts<\/p>\n
Garlic<\/p>\n
Olive oil<\/p>\n
Salt and pepper<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
In your food processor, add the slicing tool and shave the brussel sprouts. Throw in some of the garlic in there too.<\/p>\n
Set your oven to 425 degrees and roast if you have that feature.<\/p>\n
Put shaving in a bowl and add oil, salt, and pepper.<\/p>\n
In a large baking sheet, layer the shavings and place in the oven for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n
Flip over the shavings and leave for another 7 minutes.<\/p>\n
Take out and serve.<\/p>\n
