Normally, you would swipe down to take a look at the alerts but this round they were not showing up. After following the directions below, it still did not work.<\/p>\n<h2>Check the Settings on your Garmin Device<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Confirm Bluetooth is on. This setting is usually found under\u00a0<strong>Settings<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;\u00a0<strong>Bluetooth\/Phone<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm the\u00a0<strong>Notification<\/strong>\u00a0widget\/glance is turned on. This setting is usually found under\u00a0<strong>Settings<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;\u00a0<strong>Widgets\/Glances\u00a0<\/strong>or in the Garmin Connect\u2122 app under your\u00a0<strong>Device Settings &gt; Appearance.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the watch settings reflect your choice of notifications you wish to receive (e.g., on, off, show calls only, show calls and texts only, etc.). This setting is usually found on the watch under\u00a0<strong>Settings<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;\u00a0<strong>Connectivity\/Phone<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;\u00a0<strong>Notifications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm\u00a0<strong>Do Not Disturb<\/strong>\u00a0is set to off. This setting is usually found on the watch under\u00a0<strong>Settings<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;\u00a0<strong>System<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;\u00a0<strong>Do Not Disturb<\/strong>\u00a0<sub><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"height: auto;\" title=\"Do Not Disturb Icon\" src=\"https:\/\/atlaske-content.garmin.com\/%2Fasset%2Fimages%2FCapture_Time1650501847449.PNG\" alt=\"Half moon icon for do not disturb setting\" width=\"14\" height=\"15\" \/><\/sub>.\u00a0You can also check in the Controls Menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Solution<\/h2>\n<p>I reset the watch to factory settings and everything started to work as normal. But the watch face I normally used was no longer there. My guess is that if I just changed my watch face it would have been fixed.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the downloaded watch face would have been still there. At least with the reset, it wiped all old data and started fresh. Wiping was pretty easy.
