The family couldn’t decide on what flavor/seasoning to have on our chicken. We were split 50/50 on teriyaki and beer chicken rub. So we did both. We took a chicken, split down the back, and seasoned each side separately.

It turned out great! Each of us had a 2 portions with very distinct flavors.

Injectors are great tools!
