Does it fit? Short answer, yes. The bad news…it can only be about 4 pounds.

Here’s how it’s done.

Get your prime rib. It should be boneless and less than 4 pounds.

Trim off the fat…yes, there still fat in there somewhere so don’t worry.

Here’s where I differ from most…get it on the rotisserie and set it up. Make sure it’s center.

Season the meat with your favorite seasoning.

Now, take lots of butcher twine and tie up the meat while making sure it’s still center on the stick.

Leave out at room temperature for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, cut up some potatoes. Maybe some onions.

Turn on the Vortex to air fry and set the temperature to 400 degrees for 60 minutes. Put the potatoes on the bottom tray.

When it’s ready, add the meat, set it to rotisserie and cook at 400 for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, set the temperature to 250 degrees.

Cook for another hour.

Check your temps. Pull it out at 125 degrees.

Let it rest for a few minutes before cutting into it.

Enjoy!
