There was a reason for me buying pomegranates this week…maybe it was a Hanukkah thing. As much as I love the juice, I don’t like getting the seeds out. With that said, there are some good things about this fruit:

  1. Antioxidants
  2. Helps reduce blood pressure
  3. Tastes good
  4. Vitamin C and other vitamins
  5. Helps with digestion…which I need after holiday meals
