Grilling Root Vegetables

I’ve always wanted to cook these but I was always afraid but here’s a quick recipe. If you remember anything from it, don’t forget the cinnamon.

Ingredients

Your pick of beets, carrots, yams, squash and cut into 1 inch thick pieces.

Cover them in about 1/2 cup of olive oil.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Method

Heat grill to 450 degrees.

Lay down a layer of foil.

Throw the veggies on top and cook for 45 minutes or until your level of tenderness.
