I was fortunate to be a judge at the Silicon Valley Pig Jig. The Silicon Valley Pig Jig was started in San Jose in 2018 by a group of local and dedicated friends who wanted to make a difference in the lives of those that suffer from Nephrotic Syndrome. This is a great cause and at the same time, there’s a lot of great food.
One of the best things I ate over the weekend was a smoked porkbelly…or at least I’m pretty sure it was pork belly.
