I saw it so I had to get it.

Pan sear around 350 degrees on each side for 20 minutes to make a crust. Heat the oven while you are doing this to 350. Best if you have a roast setting. Pull out of the oven when it gets to 110 degrees. 15 minutes later, the temperature hit 145 which is a perfect medium-rare.
