As school is starting to end, it is time to start awarding those who helped make sure we all survived the year. I started a search, “certificate template”, and of course there were many results. However, most of them were websites with a lot of advertising and I got confused on where to click. You know, those DOWNLOAD buttons that you think are for the document but then really open up another window to download some random software. Also, the ones I was finding didn’t fit the look/feel I wanted.
I decided to just make my own. For certificate, the important thing to have is:
- Title
- Presentation line
- Recipient’s name
- From
- Description
- Date
- Signature
Other than that, you get to figure out the fonts you want to use.
Anyways, here is a certificate template for you to use. The format is in Adobe Illustrator. Sorry to those using Word. Maybe one of these days I’ll make the Word template. For this template to work as you see in the picture, you’ll need:
- Certificate paper from a store
- Fonts: Old English, Times New Roman, Castellar
- Software: Adobe Illustrator
